Preparation
- Cut fresh salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, low sodium soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Arrange the marinated salmon pieces in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook the salmon bites in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F and are flaky.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Thai-style sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Adjust heat level as desired.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer. Serve with rice, edamame, diced avocado, cucumber, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
