  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or vegetable oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting your pumpkin into small cubes, tossing them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the seasoned pumpkin cubes for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. In a large baking dish, combine the air-fried pumpkin with the gnocchi, cream, half of the cheese, sage, and pecans. Stir well.
  4. Transfer to the air fryer and cook for approximately 25 minutes, checking for bubbly cheese and crispy edges.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with extra pecans and fresh sage.
