- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients bowl and stir until everything is well combined. If too dry, add water gradually.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into approximately 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate.
