Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. Finely chop the onion and dice the pickles, setting them aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the ground beef until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Stir in onions and pickles, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In the bowl with cooked pasta, add meat mixture and creamy sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  6. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
