Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef 90% lean or higher
  • 4 wraps High-Protein Wraps or Tortillas whole wheat or gluten-free options
  • 2 cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce or any leafy green
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or your favorite cheese
  • 1 cup Diced or Sliced Dill Pickles any pickles you adore
  • 1 small Chopped Onion optional
For the Special Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise any light mayo
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup consider low-sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard or Dijon to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish or finely chopped pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder or fresh onions
  • 1 teaspoon Pickle Juice optional
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the special sauce ingredients and mix until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until browned.
  3. Warm the wraps in a microwave for 15 seconds or on a skillet until pliable.
  4. Lay a warm wrap flat, spread the sauce, and layer with beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onion.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly and toast each side in a skillet until golden.
