Preparation
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and milk in a large bowl. Knead until smooth, cover and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with butter.
- Punch down the dough, divide into small pieces, and roll each into a ball. Coat each ball in melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon mixture.
- Layer the coated dough balls in the bundt pan, scattering blueberries between layers until all used up.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Check with a toothpick to ensure it's cooked through.
- Let the monkey bread cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
