Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Shape the ground pork into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add cheese on top to melt before removing.
  3. Wipe the skillet clean, return to medium heat, and melt butter. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, pour into skillet, and scramble until set yet creamy.
  4. In a bowl, combine softened butter with spices, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to create cowboy butter.
  5. Toast white bread until golden. Spread cowboy butter on one side of each slice, layer sausage, bacon, avocado, and scrambled eggs, and top with another slice.
