- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread the thick-cut bacon evenly and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Shape the ground pork into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add cheese on top to melt before removing.
- Wipe the skillet clean, return to medium heat, and melt butter. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, pour into skillet, and scramble until set yet creamy.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with spices, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to create cowboy butter.
- Toast white bread until golden. Spread cowboy butter on one side of each slice, layer sausage, bacon, avocado, and scrambled eggs, and top with another slice.
- Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve immediately with sides of your choice.
