  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce can replace with soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mix well before adding
  • 1/2 cup Water to adjust sauce consistency

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add cut broccoli, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped garlic in bacon fat for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with garlic, cooking for about 10 seconds until thickened.
  5. Toss the drained broccoli into the skillet with sauce, then add crispy bacon and stir to combine.
