Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Slowly pour in buttermilk, stirring until thick and smooth.
  3. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Dip each floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place on lined baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, remove and flip each floret, then bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  6. Transfer baked cauliflower wings to a bowl, pour sauce mixture over them, and gently toss until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dip.
