Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir until creamy.
- Gently press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form small cups.
- Fill each wonton cup with buffalo chicken mixture and top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
