  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Greek yogurt can be a lighter substitute.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Monterey Jack can add a flavor twist.
For the Cups
  • 24 pieces Wonton Wrappers Dried bean curd sheets can work as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Spray Prevents sticking in the muffin tin.
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Finely sliced for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir until creamy.
  3. Gently press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form small cups.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with buffalo chicken mixture and top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
