Ingredients
  

For the Tofu
  • 1 block Extra-firm tofu Press for at least 15 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Choose your favorite brand or homemade
For the Salad
  • 4 cups Fresh kale Or substitute with romaine or spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or use fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Vinegar is a great alternative
For Frying
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Or use avocado oil for a milder flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain the tofu and press for at least 15 minutes to remove moisture.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  4. Toss the tofu in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place tofu in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Massage kale with lemon juice for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic powder.
  8. Serve the salad topped with crispy Buffalo Tofu.
