- In a small pot, pour in ½ cup of water and bring it to a gentle simmer over low heat. Add the butterfly pea tea, cinnamon, and dried chamomile flowers. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
- Slowly pour in 1 cup of your choice of milk into the pot with the brewed tea and gently heat, stirring until hot but not boiling, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add in 1 teaspoon of honey and stir well until it fully dissolves.
- Carefully use a fine sieve to strain the tea into your favorite cup.
- Pour the strained Moon Milk Tea into a cozy cup, and consider garnishing with a fresh or dried butterfly pea flower or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
