Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cashew Cauliflower
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a shallow baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Toss the fresh cauliflower florets with cornstarch until completely coated and shake off excess.
  3. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in the baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
  4. Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small bowl, then mix in soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and chili flakes.
