- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, breaking the meat until browned and no longer pink.

- Fold the tortilla over the filling and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
