Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, breaking the meat until browned and no longer pink.
  2. Add finely chopped onion to the skillet, stirring well. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft.
  3. Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, stirring to distribute evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a separate skillet, set the heat to low and place one wheat tortilla in the pan. Spread the beef mixture over half the tortilla, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla over the filling and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool for a couple of minutes, and slice into quarters. Serve with your favorite dips.
