Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out your flour tortillas and arrange sliced roast beef and shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll them tightly from the bottom to the top.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and seasonings, and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes to create au jus.
  7. Cut roll-ups in half and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
