  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Fresh Tomatoes chopped, cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
For Serving
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly with a rolling pin.
  3. Mix mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, garlic, and basil in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll upwards, tucking in the sides.
  5. Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and drizzle with olive oil before serving. Garnish with basil and tomato halves.
