Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by placing your white and dark chocolate melting discs in separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave each bowl at 50% power for 30 seconds, stirring after each interval until smooth.

- Take your mini pretzel twists and dip them into the melted white chocolate using a fork. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before placing the coated pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, until the chocolate is set.

- For the sheep pretzels, repeat the dipping process with another batch of mini pretzels in melted white chocolate. While they are still wet, immediately sprinkle them generously with white nonpareil sprinkles.

- To create the sprinkle/drizzle version, dip the pretzels in melted dark chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined tray. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle colorful pastel sprinkles over the top.

- Once all your pretzels are decorated, return them to the fridge for another 15 minutes to ensure the chocolate sets properly.

- Arrange them on a festive platter for serving, or individually wrap them in cellophane bags for fun gifts.
