Preparation Steps

  3. Allow the mixture to rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. Scoop the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup nearly to the top.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until set and lightly golden. A toothpick should come out clean.
  6. Cool the bites in the pan for a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
