- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and ½ cup of mini chocolate chips. Blend together until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing a 9x9-inch baking dish or lining it with parchment paper.
- Unroll the first pre-made pie crust and gently press it into the bottom of your prepared baking dish, smoothing out any air pockets.
