  • 1 can Mandarines canned, well-drained
  • 1 can Peaches canned, well-drained
For the Jello
  • 3 oz Red Jello any flavor
  • 3 oz Orange Jello any flavor
For the Creamy Base
  • 8 oz Cool Whip defrosted
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated, optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil ¾ cup of water in a saucepan, remove from heat, and dissolve the jello powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add ¾ cup of cold water to the mixture and refrigerate until set (about 2 to 4 hours or overnight).
  3. Prepare the fruit by slicing strawberries, draining canned fruits, and setting aside.
  4. Once jello is set, cut it into ½ inch cubes and combine with prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip gently to achieve an even distribution.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with extra fruit slices or Cool Whip, and serve immediately.
