Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, cashew butter, and maple syrup. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to dollop the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
  3. Freeze the bites for at least 1 hour until solid.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Freeze the chocolate-coated bites for an additional 30 minutes to set the coating.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
