  2. In a blender, add the cottage cheese, egg whites, flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend on high until smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Pour the blended batter onto the baking sheet and spread it into a circular shape, about ¼ inch thick, with thicker edges.
  4. Bake the crust for 32-35 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
  5. Remove the crust and spread marinara sauce over the top, followed by mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese, optionally broil for an extra 2 minutes.
  7. Let the pizza cool for 7-10 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
