Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Blend the drained cottage cheese, egg whites, gluten-free flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, forming a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 32-35 minutes, until golden brown. The edges should be firm, and the center cooked through.
