- In a small pot, pour 1 cup of apple cider and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add 2 chai tea bags or loose chai tea leaves and steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags or strain out the leaves, then stir in 1 cup of milk, heating gently.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
