  • 2 oz Reposado Tequila or use blanco tequila for a lighter option
  • 1 oz Cointreau or other orange liqueur
  • 1 oz Orange Juice freshly squeezed for best taste
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed for brightness
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup homemade or store-bought
For the Rim
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup to help the sugar mixture adhere
  • 1 tbsp Sugar for the cinnamon sugar rim
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt for the cinnamon sugar rim
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar rim

Method
 

Cocktail Preparation
  1. Mix sugar, kosher salt, and cinnamon on a plate to create the cinnamon sugar rim.
  2. Pour maple syrup onto another plate. Dip the rim of each glass into the maple syrup, then into the sugar mixture.
  3. Fill the prepared glasses with ice.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Cointreau, orange juice, lime juice, and pumpkin spice simple syrup. Add ice and shake well.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or an orange wheel and enjoy!
