Preparation
- Beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 1 tsp of mint extract for about 2 minutes until smooth.

- Gently fold in 8 oz of whipped topping with a spatula, aiming for a light and airy texture.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of chopped Andes mints.
- Serve immediately with fresh strawberries or chill for 30 minutes for firmer consistency.
