Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine 80g of sun-dried tomatoes and 1 clove of garlic. Blend for about 5 seconds on speed 5, until finely chopped.
  2. Into the blender, add 2 balls of Burrata and 80g of cream cheese. Blend for another 5 seconds on speed 5 until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in 15g of finely chopped fresh basil and 2 pinches of salt into the smooth cheese mixture. Carefully fold in the prepared tomato and garlic blend.
  4. Transfer the combined mixture into a glass container or bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve your creamy Burrata-Dip Tomate-Basilikum alongside fresh baguette slices, crispy crackers, or colorful vegetable sticks.
