- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced ham, turkey, chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cucumber, and romaine lettuce. Stir gently.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
