  • 2 tbsp Vinegar your favorite type

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook a large pot of salted water to a boil, add rotini pasta, cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente, drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced ham, turkey, chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cucumber, and romaine lettuce. Stir gently.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
