- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Spread a generous layer of caramel sauce evenly across the bottom of the steam pudding pan.
- In a blender, combine the coconut condensed milk, soy milk, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Place the steam pudding pan in a high-sided baking dish, and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Fill the baking dish with boiling water halfway up the sides of the pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes without opening the oven door.
- Once done, cool on a wire rack for about 1 hour before transferring to the refrigerator.
- To serve, invert the steam pudding pan onto a large plate and enjoy.
