  • 1 can Coconut Condensed Milk ensure at room temperature
  • 1 cup Soy Milk can substitute with whole milk
  • 3 large Eggs at room temperature

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Spread a generous layer of caramel sauce evenly across the bottom of the steam pudding pan.
  3. In a blender, combine the coconut condensed milk, soy milk, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  4. Place the steam pudding pan in a high-sided baking dish, and pour the mixture into the pan.
  5. Fill the baking dish with boiling water halfway up the sides of the pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes without opening the oven door.
  7. Once done, cool on a wire rack for about 1 hour before transferring to the refrigerator.
  8. To serve, invert the steam pudding pan onto a large plate and enjoy.
