Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, watching for light foam.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Cook the shrimp in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring and simmering for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the shrimp back into the skillet, cooking for an additional minute.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with bread.
