Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 1 minute less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add milk slowly, whisking until thickened.
  3. Stir in cheddar, gruyere, and parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
  4. Combine pasta with cheese sauce and fold in lobster meat.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking dish and pour in pasta mixture.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over pasta mixture.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes until golden. Broil for 1-2 minutes for an extra crispy topping.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
