Method
 

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine 1 cup of frozen mango, a sliced banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, and the juice of half a lemon. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add an additional 1 cup of frozen mango and blend again until smooth.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend briefly to incorporate.
  4. If desired, add ice cubes and blend until the mixture is icy and thickened.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, optionally garnishing with a slice of lemon or mango.
