Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Miso Pasta
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream while stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir frequently for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat and incorporate 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese in batches, stirring until melted. Season with black pepper to taste.
