Cooking and Mixing
- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once boiling, add small pasta noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, around 8–10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water until cooled.
- While the pasta cools, prepare other ingredients: thaw peas, cook bacon until crispy, and grate Parmesan cheese.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, peas, crumbled bacon, and grated Parmesan. Pour dressing over and gently fold to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours for flavors to meld.
