- Blend the roasted tomatoes and garlic with fresh basil and ricotta, adding 100ml of reserved pasta water until smooth.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce in a skillet over medium heat, adding reserved pasta water until achieving desired consistency.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or chili flakes, and serve garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan.
