  3. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente, reserve pasta water.
  4. Combine sauce with Parmesan cheese and torn basil. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Fold in ricotta cheese to cream the sauce.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni with sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  7. Serve immediately, garnish with additional Parmesan and basil.
