Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and let the broth simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
  4. Add 12 ounces of cheese tortellini and 2 cups of fresh spinach. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, around 3-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in ½ cup of heavy whipping cream and mix until fully incorporated.
