Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the Halloumi cheese sticks dry, cut into fry-sized sticks.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with olive oil.
  4. Arrange Halloumi sticks in the air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes.
  5. While fries are cooking, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sriracha, honey, and salt for the dip.
  6. Serve fries warm with the spicy yogurt dip and garnish with fresh herbs.
