Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cracking the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them thoroughly until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until blended.
  3. Create a breading station with bowls of ravioli, whisked eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange breaded ravioli in a single layer on a plate and lightly spray both sides with olive oil.
