- Soak your rice paper sheets in warm water for 10–15 seconds until pliable.
- Lay one soaked rice paper on a clean, damp surface and add your choice of fillings.
- Fold in the sides of the rice paper and roll it tightly, seam-side down.
- Lightly brush or spray the outer layers with oil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the rolls for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
