  • 200 grams Cooked Vermicelli Noodles Can substitute with rice noodles or soba noodles

For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Tamari is a great gluten-free option
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine Or rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar can also substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil Olive or avocado oil can be used as substitutes
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Agave syrup can be used for a vegan option

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak your rice paper sheets in warm water for 10–15 seconds until pliable.
  2. Lay one soaked rice paper on a clean, damp surface and add your choice of fillings.
  3. Fold in the sides of the rice paper and roll it tightly, seam-side down.
  4. Lightly brush or spray the outer layers with oil.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry the rolls for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
