Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups Chicken Breasts finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium optional
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
For the Slaw
  • 4 cups Coleslaw Mix or shredded cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup for vegan option
For the Taco Assembly
  • 20 pieces Wonton Wrappers or lettuce wraps
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro for garnish, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Spray both sides of wonton wrappers with cooking spray and drape them over the baking dish edges.
  3. Bake the wonton shells for 7-8 minutes until edges are crisp and golden.
  4. Pull apart the shells gently and return them to the oven for another 7-8 minutes for full crispiness.
  5. In a bowl, mix diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  6. Cook the chicken mixture in a hot skillet for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. In another bowl, mix coleslaw ingredients until well combined.
  8. Fill each wonton shell with chicken and top with prepared slaw, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and garnish.
  9. Serve and enjoy with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
