  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice For brightness

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. In a skillet, heat avocado oil, add ground turkey and taco seasoning, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in black beans, green chiles, remaining seasoning, and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F. Assemble tortillas with cheese and turkey filling.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with avocado sauce for dipping.
