Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate the boneless skinless chicken thighs in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Fry the coated chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
  7. To make the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  8. Assemble the bowls with cooked rice, vegetable layers, and crispy chicken.
  9. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the chicken and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
  10. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
