- Bake the crust for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Layer prosciutto, spinach, and cherry tomatoes in the pre-baked crust, then sprinkle with Gruyere cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30–35 minutes until the center is set.
- Remove from oven and allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
