Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dried hash browns with oil and salt, then press into a greased dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Layer prosciutto, spinach, and cherry tomatoes in the pre-baked crust, then sprinkle with Gruyere cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the filling and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30–35 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Remove from oven and allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
