- Create a three-station breading setup on your countertop, with shallow dishes for flour, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets, dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange coated florets in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, sriracha, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat until thickened.
