  • 3 cloves Garlic freshly minced provides aromatic flavor
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice lemon juice can be swapped in
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust according to heat preference
  • 1/4 cup Water used to dilute the sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch don't skip this crucial ingredient
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Scallions adding freshness and color

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the honey-garlic cauliflower bites.
  2. Create a three-station breading setup on your countertop, with shallow dishes for flour, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets, dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange coated florets in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, sriracha, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat until thickened.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the honey-garlic sauce and return to the oven under the broiler for an additional 3–5 minutes.
  7. Serve the cauliflower bites garnished with sliced scallions and enjoy!
