Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (390°F for air fryer).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with melted butter until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle the cheese and spice mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Lay the coated florets in a single layer on a greased baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or air fry, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
