  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, or olive oil for dairy-free
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Feel free to substitute with garlic powder or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground for best aroma

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (390°F for air fryer).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese and spice mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  5. Lay the coated florets in a single layer on a greased baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or air fry, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
