  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tbsp Juice of Lime Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. In another shallow dish, pour lime juice. Dredge the tilapia filets in lime juice, then season with salt and pepper. Coat with the breading mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it. Place breaded tilapia filets on the baking sheet.
  5. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the filets.
  6. Bake the tilapia for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
