Preparation Steps

  3. Create a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs and mustard in another, and crushed pretzels in a third.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the mustard-egg mixture, and coat it with crushed pretzels.
  5. Arrange the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Combine milk, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until warm.
  7. Gradually mix in shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  8. Let the chicken rest briefly before serving and drizzle with the mustard-cheddar sauce.
