- Start by thoroughly washing and patting dry the four large potatoes, keeping the skins on for added texture and flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with one tablespoon of olive oil, making sure each piece is well-coated. Sprinkle in one teaspoon of garlic granules, one teaspoon of dried mixed herbs, and half a teaspoon of salt. Toss gently until all slices are evenly seasoned.
