- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped brisket, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions. Stir until smooth.
- Lay out egg roll wrappers in a diamond shape and place about two tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck it tightly, then fold the sides and roll the egg roll upward to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
- Fry the egg rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm to enjoy the contrast of crispy and creamy textures.
