  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Brisket
  • 1/2 cup Diced Jalapeños adjust for spiciness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped brisket, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions. Stir until smooth.
  2. Lay out egg roll wrappers in a diamond shape and place about two tablespoons of filling in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck it tightly, then fold the sides and roll the egg roll upward to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
  5. Fry the egg rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Drizzle with honey and serve warm to enjoy the contrast of crispy and creamy textures.
